Comfortable environment during lunch hour

Was actually going to go to tamjai for lunch, but too many people and there were no back on the seats, so came by here. There is plenty of space and good environment. Sat long here for 1.5 hours.Pho with Raw Beef ($42)Average in taste, the pho had a good texture.Vermicelli with Shredded Chicken ($45)The vermicelli is very good, but the Vietnamese sour sauce was a bit tasteless.
