位於中環威靈頓街M88 20樓,近窗口位置可以望到中環街景,整間餐廳以純白色設計,lunch 黎食可以感受純白pure嘅裝潢,夜晚則可以感受夜中環🌃嘅魅力.今次籍著diningcity_hong_kong 嘅Restaurant Week Autumn 2020 試佢嘅dinner menu,每人$398 包7道菜(前菜 小食同main)再加甜品,相當抵食,以下係其中幾道我覺得幾出色嘅👍🏻:黎到西班牙餐廳當然要點返杯Sangria$75,除了有傳統嘅Sangria Red(右),作為新派餐廳,另有Sangria Pink(white wine,rum,grapefruit 同🍓)成杯橙橙地粉紅色飲落幾清新!.前菜-西班牙野黎講最鍾意佢嘅前菜,夾起一片火腿連蕃茄多士食好正好脆,雖然大想頭左啲但覺得如果有埋芝士會更正🤪.✨即西班牙凍湯,第一次試,酸酸辣辣,即係凍嘅蕃茄湯🤣,生蠔🦪新鮮連埋一齊食好夾,因為個人認為Gazpacho者係少少似溝淡左啲cocktail sauce🤣.呢個有啲驚喜,將魷魚整成一條條好似寬條麵形狀,配以上面一塊巴馬臣芝士脆片,呢道菜幾有心思👍🏻.🐷西班牙烤乳豬,乃西班

最後,本身甜品應該會係我幾期待嘅churros with chocolate,但去到餐牌轉了baked cheesecake,冇咩特別所以冇影😕.
.
整體黎講,餐廳環境氣氛相當唔錯,食物質素黎講個人覺得前菜/tapas 比較出色,但以今次Restaurant Week 嘅價錢黎講試到咁多野食絕對抵食!
