To celebrate my wife's birthday, I chose Caliente on Knutsford Terrace. You might feel relaxed and comfortable with the dim lit and cozy environment. We ordered Pork Enchiladas and Burrito as mains. To celebrate my wife's birthday, I chose Caliente on Knutsford Terrace. You might feel relaxed and comfortable with the dim lit and cozy environment. We ordered Pork Enchiladas and Burrito as mains. Enchiladas is rolled corn tortillas smothered in sauce and cheese served with a bed of rice. It is the best rolled thing I ever had. The pork rolled withcheese is tender and tasty, the Mexican rice is particularly chewy. The Vegetarian Burrito is ordered for Cecilia who is not so fond of starch and oily meat. It encased green chilly, mushroom, red pepper and goat cheese, not chilly as I thought. The dessert Churros (no photo), fried dough served with chocolate sauce, gave a perfect and surprising full stop to the dinner. Credits should be given to the waitress and the restaurant manager San for their consirarate and timely service.
