To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老公、朋友同佢老公四人行double date,夜晚去咗馬鞍山牛涮鍋打邊爐。今次可以話係一次好失望嘅日式火鍋,除咗配料質素欠佳同唔太新鮮之餘(牛肉還可以),食物選擇亦少之又少,環境仲要有少少「揦鮓」,每個人埋單仲要差唔多四舊水,真係俾錢買難受。我哋叫咗壽喜燒同麻辣豬骨湯底,兩款都淡到好似加咗水嘅清湯咁,壽喜燒一啲甜味都無,麻辣豬骨一啲麻辣味都無,真係嚇親人🥶。另外因為食物選擇少同好多都無refill,我哋只好不斷叫牛肉食。牛肉質素係可以的,肉質有彈性同牛肉味都幾香。飲品亦係另一個令人失望嘅原因,啲果汁仲飲到有粉粒的,味道假到不得了。如果可行提供紙包飲品會好啲,我同朋友都無乜點飲過嘢。

飲品亦係另一個令人失望嘅原因,啲果汁仲飲到有粉粒的,味道假到不得了。如果可行提供紙包飲品會好啲,我同朋友都無乜點飲過嘢。
