To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍚The Trafalgar Brewing Company📍地址: 旺角染布房街12-14A號依利大廈地下D號呢間餐廳想打食評好耐，但之前真係太忙唔記得左，剛好睇相見到，即刻打返先。純粹約個中間點同朋友吹水小聚一下，朋友想食扒就係openrice搵，見呢間價錢ok又岩食就試下。到達時先發現原來係類似bar, 我地都唔介意就入左去。set的話唔算太多選擇，另外有meun可以揀其他野食。餐湯忘記左係咩，應該正正常常，如果唔係我一定記得肉眼牛扒只係$158, 無特別期望仲諗緊會唔會茶餐廳薄牛扒貨色🤣點知黎到有驚喜，煎得夠香有格紋，又有side dish另外叫左個燴飯，好creamy份量亦大，好食！最後仲有一件蛋糕仔做甜品員工好有禮貌，全程都好舒服，座位唔算多但無趕我地，足足傾左兩三個鐘，可惜下一日返工，如果唔係我地會叫酒飲，所以絕對會再去🙂！
