I was craving for a crispy bun sandwich this morning, Tung Kiu was the first restaurant that popped in mind.

Without a doubt, I requested the fried egg tomato sandwich in crispy bun with the fresh brewed black coffee.

Bun wasn't an airy type that collapsed after bite. Crispy and crunchy. Egg was cooked just right. Not runny but not dry. Perfectly cooked to hold it shape in the sandwich. Tomatoes gave some tanginess while lettuce was their usual toppings. Both gave some freshness. What a perfect simple breakfast.

The fresh brewed coffee was also spot on. Aromatic and nutty. Not too hot that end up tasting bitter or sour. The light foam gave some smoothness.

A small random place but with goodness hidden. Good job.
