To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意粉係幼身spaghetti,都幾有咬口,係我鍾意嘅類型,意粉加左檻欖油一齊炒,味道唔錯。野菌有三款,份量唔少,質素唔錯。另加脆脆哋嘅蒜片,更加有多重口感,最後灑上香草同放上黑松露醬。黑松露醬分量適中,唔會太濃或太淡。

呢個甜品個人覺得係必食。首先賣相唔差,酥皮蘋果批上面灑上糖霜,伴一球雪糕,再用紅色蘋果醬裝飾隻碟。酥皮蘋果批質素好好,酥皮勁酥脆所以切落去都聽到切切聲,批上面有幾片蘋果。蘋果批伴Dreyer's嘅雲呢拿杏仁雪糕,一啖集冷熱脆融於一身,真心推介。

服務員有禮,仲會關心客人對食物既意見。上菜效率又高,唔洗45分鐘就食飽,絕對係中環效率。
