I’ve been back in Hong Kong for a few months now, and my monthly engagement routine with Mexican food has been long postponed. Finally able to seduce my best friend to get tacos have been the event of the week.

We arrived around 6 pm; we entered the 3rd-floor restaurant along with another couple seeking for Mexican food. We were the first ones to come. The waitress kindly let us decide where to sit. The tables are pretty small, but that's normal in Hong Kong. Wow, we ordered a lot. We started with a strawberry margarita. I was overly induced with tequila. Depending on your preferences, it might work for me. For me, not my idea of a margarita.

We did half of the Cajun wings and honey chipotle wings. Both were quite spicy. I'd recommend the honey wings instead. Then came the chicken quesadillas. Oh man, I've been waiting for months. Sadly, wasn't up to par with any other place I have eaten at. There were more mushrooms than chicken. I barely tasted nor saw any chicken! They give you a small amount of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Probably a stunt to get you to order more per side for $20. They didn't bring out anything else I suppose to the lack of space on the table. Since we ordered a lot, I expected them to offer us to move to a bigger table. We ordered two chicken, two beef and one fish taco — all mediocre. My best friend had the fish taco and stated it was tasteless. The last dish was the tuna ceviche. Oh, my holy lord, I have never seen ceviche plated as tuna sashimi. It was a plate of sliced tuna with some salad leaves. Completely disappointed.

Won't be coming back to the restaurant based on the lack of sparks with my taste buds. Service was excellent, and the vibes were good though.
