To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日在D2 Place剛好有活動，先和親戚在這裡吃個午餐。好像一直都沒有逛過D2 Place，更對荔枝角一帶的食肆沒研究，親戚說試試這家餐廳，也就沒異議！餐廳設有室外座位，至於室內的座位，店面並不算大，正值1pm的午飯時間，餐廳都滿座！！早排在尖沙咀那邊吃了CP值低的海鮮喇沙，因此，我一見到餐牌就毫不猶豫的選了海鮮喇沙摻摻！！海鮮喇沙摻摻，份量適中，用料都幾豐富！海鮮配料有蝦和帶子，帶子大大粒又爽脆，蝦的肉質都算OK！其他配料有豆卜﹑芽菜﹑魚蛋及滷水蛋～　第一次食喇沙有滷水蛋，滷水味幾入味，香而不鹹～豆卜亦吸湯入味！！魚蛋的質素也不錯，不會好粉！湯底不算十分惹味香濃，但椰奶味與辣度尚能取得平衡，不過不失！油麵與米粉的麵質恰好，幾爽滑，不會太稔。麻辣無骨海南雞喇沙摻摻，麻辣是指這份海南雞只配一種麻辣醬，沒其他醬料選擇。海南雞的雞件啖啖肉又嫩滑，雞味普通，蘸麻辣醬吃，又幾香幾惹味～～～午市套餐配有免貴飲品，如：羅漢果水﹑黑糖豆漿及桔仔特飲。一般的熱飲可免費轉配，至於凍飲則要加$6轉配。飲品轉配了凍檸茶，但原來是那麼細杯加$6不太抵！綜合而言，食物的質素不過不失，不算好突出。吃完這裡的海鮮喇
