A newly opened hearty bistro located in sai ying pun. We ordered lots food from the menu, and everything was quite on point! What we ordered: - Sichuan burrata - beef tartare - smoke pork liver with foie gras mousse - clams - octopus tacos - lasagne - uni handmade pasta- yellow chicken I liked everything we ordered, especially the beef tartare and burrata cheese, the uni pasta was spot on too! I liked everything we ordered, especially the beef tartare and burrata cheese, the uni pasta was spot on too! The texture of their handmade pasta was so chewy and cooked perfectly Al Dante ! The chicken was so flavourful and tender as well.
We ordered all 3 desserts from the menu, but I was a bit too drunk to remember them all😂I remember one of them was homemade icecream, taste very good.
Also, as they don’t have the alcohol license yet, so feel free to BYOB!
Overall, I really love this place a lot, everything was authentic and genuine, the owner and staffs were all friendly and attentive.
I would love to come back for more pasta!
