Let me just say. BBQ has definitely changed my perspective on food. Ingredients that are seemingly high end can be placed in a relaxing and down to earth setting and be transformed. We started off with Sun Mei Tang (酸梅湯), which is one of the classics at places that serve food that can be more on the harmful (as in a bit too 上火) for you. Then the food just wouldn’t stop appearing (not that that’s a bad thing). The razor clams had a pretty strong seafood taste to it like the ocean. They were juicy
This place can be popping on any day of the week. The lines form out the door but the wait time is not very long. You can also call ahead to book a reservation. BBQ is run by two couples who run the BBQ and the cashier. They have two storefronts. One at this location and the other one across the street.
