Disappointing birthday dinner

Having had great brunch here before and taking advantage of the Citibank birthday offer, we happily booked the Nicholini’s for a birthday dinner this past weekend, and boy were we disappointed!! The service was next to none as the waitress was just not attentive at all, and the food was far from satisfactory — the bread basket was so tiny and tasteless, and we had to ask for balsamic vinegar which seemed to be of low quality, the lobster salad and veal was barely tasteful. The service was next to none as the waitress was just not attentive at all, and the food was far from satisfactory — the bread basket was so tiny and tasteless, and we had to ask for balsamic vinegar which seemed to be of low quality, the lobster salad and veal was barely tasteful. All in all, a rather disappointing dining experience. Personally I’d much rather go to the Grissini...!
