Disappointing, to say the least

Went to Five Guys at Electric Road for a hamburger around 1pm today. The bun was soggy and cold. The meat was barely lukewarm. Terrible! Since I just wanted a quick bite, I finished my meal and left. I did tell the cashier about it. She did not seem to understand me or perhaps she understood but decided to ignore me! Tried to contact Five Guys by email to mention my experience.It was either I could not get through or, when I did get through, I had to indicate the mandatory field of 'country' and

Come on!
