I really don't like to write bad reviews on restaurants but I feel obligated to share my experience to everyone that visits West Kowloon Park hoping to have a nice and relaxing experience there. I brought my family: Wife, 2 year old Baby, Dog and myself.

Located near the HK Palace Musuem Ground Floor, they share the space with a few other restaurants. Looking at the menu we thought this would be a great place to enjoy a lunch with the family.

My wife went in to order, immediately you will notice that the staff inside the restaunt / coffee shop simply DO NOT CARE. My wife was carrying my son and ordered their 2 available pastas and asked them to remove spices and seasoning (where possible). This isn't rocket science and we are talking about 2 pasta dishes that could have easily been made without spices.

The lady staff that took our order gave us a b***h face and told us that some of the "sauces" are pre-mixed. We waited for around 15 minutes for our order only to receive both pasta with basically all the seasoning.

If you look at the photos from the other reviewers, you will see that the seasoning and sauces are simply added after the pasta is cooked. Not only did they not remove the spice, they simply did not care. My poor baby looking for a pasta dish took a bite of the King Prawn Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (which should only contain garlic and oil) and was crying after being hit with chili spices.

Fed up with their attitude and service, we simply stacked the food on top of each other and returned the plate inside the coffee shop.

Given Hong Kong's current condition - how can an establishment be so un thoughtful and disrespectful. What a terrible and horrible experience to put any baby & family through.

If you have an infant and you don't eat spicy food, I simply suggest to NOT support this establishment.
