The food here is bland, tasteless and lacks any craft or passion, or to put it bluntly any cooking skill. The meal started off with a bread roll with prepackaged butter like what you would get in economy class airline meal. We ordered garlic prawns which were prawns in garlic water. There was no garlic flavour and not effort to infuse the garlic into the prawns. We had Piri piri chicken. It didn’t taste like piri piri sauce that I know of, the chicken was bland....kinda worried about getting food poisoning at this stage....it was awful. We had bacalhau cod fish....it was dry. This was a truly awful experience and my worst meal in my ten years in Hong Kong...and prompted me to write my first OpenRice review! The conclusion is DO NOT GO. JUST AWFUL!
