Fried soft boiled egg with BBQ pulled chicken $96
this reminds me of a dish I had at a cafe in Sydney, a good reminisce. The bbq pulled chicken (yes not pork!) is very flavorful, in fact a bit too heavy handed with mustard and vinegar in the bbq sauce. The fried egg is on the edge of overcooking, barely got a runny egg yolk. The red fruit sauce on the side is quite refreshing but don’t seem to harmonize with the bbq marinate.

Single origin chocolate (+$20) is quite sweet and not as rich as I would’ve liked. Their flat white ($12) though is consistently good.
