To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日陪友人到珍珠皇宮試食viu TV辣王傳介紹過的印度餐廳，在門口碰到他們的職員，又他們帶我們上一樓的餐廳。点了阿DEE介紹的dosa,超大份，似大pancake，就咁食已經好香，点埋佢果3個汁更加惹味。之後試了職員介紹的烤魚，一啲都唔辣，好香魚味，連平時麻麻食魚塊的朋友都改觀。之後再加咗個節目有介紹的奶油蝦，啲汁好香濃奶油味，入面啲蝦仁又大粒又彈牙，超好味，為咗唔浪費啲汁，再加多個普通naan点汁食，perfect!最後當然要飲埋最愛mango lasi，先算圓滿！
