it was a saturday afternoon, my friend and i were all wet after walking 2 blocks to this little restaurant, it was a 34'C afternoon, u know what the weather is like in HK, steamy hot, we were both covered in sweat. it was the best news ever when we reached the restaurant BUT it was full, we were so disappointed. our thought was to go somewhere else for a bite, knowing there r plenty of restaurant around. but the staff there was very friendly, he re arranging the seating and offered us a table in
i think this place is known for their burgers, theres a whole page of different burgers to choose from. i had the smoky burger, the bun was great, pillowy and squishy with soft crumb and a little bit of butter sweetness. the patty was cooked with the smoky sauce, it was different and frankly i quite like it. i noticed the wedges as soon as the dish was placed on my table, golden brown wedges, no one can resist. the texture was just right, crispy skin with the flavour of potatoes without over-fried. only if it was served with sour cream.
