Extremely rude waitress

The waitress at reception was unwilling to respond or even look at their customers despite not being on the phone or occupied with anything else. After kindly asking several times if there were seats available, the waitress finally decided to respond rudely, and obviously without making any eye contact.Im guessing the food must be amazing since the restaurant was full, but any sane customer that walked in would have been extremely turned off by her manners.
