My second visit to this chain Japanese ramen store but to a different shop. Not too fond of the spicy soup base ("crimson") or the garlic oil base ("black"), I chose the "white" pork bone soup based noodles. The soup base was not too oily but was quite rich and a bit too salty. The molten egg consistency was just right. The texture of the noddles was just to my liking and nearly "al dente". For this price of $86, the service was just ordinary and the meal was fair. But not a ramen place that would spring to my mind immediately if I were asked to give recommendations.
