To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Called up a few places and finally secured a table at Hugo's. Complimentary parking at level B3Caesar Salad was prepared table side. Spätzle - is a German style pasta. It has a chewy texture and seems like it has been roasted or pan fried. Our server confirmed with the chef that these are hand made to the order. Something different from the other starch side dishes that well worth a try.

The Iberico Pork Chop was definitely cooked to perfection. The server recommended a pink inside texture. But I prefer mine well done. And well done it is! Still juicy and tender through out. Really nice!

Last but not least, the chocolate dessert was presented in a cloud of dry ice. Perfect compliment to a hearty and flavourful meal. Best of all, it was on the house!
