威靈頓牛柳味道有驚喜,和蘑菇醬銜接的餅皮沒有變得軟腍,整體算酥脆。蘑菇醬的百里香味道很重,且意外的不油膩,美中不足是牛柳的熟度不一,三碟牛柳只有一碟是完美的五成熟,入口鮮嫩多汁,但其餘兩碟為七成熟,味道已失色不少,算是不過不失的fine dine吧。
