After watching a nice movie with my partner, we decided to enjoy our dinner at Itacho Sushi. We seldom visit franchising restaurants for food, but this time we tried.We seemed not to be so familiar with the ordering process, and it took more time than normal. Finally, we picked up for few kinds of sushi and sashimi.(1)Softshell Crab Roll - It looks nice, but the ratio of rice and softshell crab is really contrasted!- Softshell crab tasted not yummy, although it's not oily, it's so 'soft'.- Wasab

(1)Softshell Crab Roll
- It looks nice, but the ratio of rice and softshell crab is really contrasted!
- Softshell crab tasted not yummy, although it's not oily, it's so 'soft'.
- Wasabi is delicious though.
- And, rice is quite sticky, which even other small japanese restaurants can make it better!
- It looks fresh, but quite skinny.
- It tastes rich, and with wasabi, it's even better!
- We expected that the thickness can be enriched next time.
- It's the most delicious food among this dinner
- The sauce is just enough and not overwhelmed
- But, it can add more mangoes
- It's quite fresh and tastes yummy!
(4)Mini Sashimi Rice
- It's really mini, and rice is much more than sashimi.
- It doesn't look attractive though, and tastes not very good/
- It's just sashimi and rice separated, can have Sushi instead.
- No surprises for this order! Sashimi does not seem fresher than on sushi or just sashimi.
Overall, We won't try it again unless there would be more attractive dishes.
Other Info. :
If you want to reserve a table beforehand, you need to have a bill with over HK$300.
