In a hurry today, my colleague and I had a meeting to attend at 1330. We just wanted to grap a light bite for lunch.The newly opened store in Hopewell is promoting their healthy fast food. I got chicken teriyaki salad as my main
Didn't know they gave such a generous portion of chicken! Their new potato was fresh and the cherry tomatoes were surprisingly sweet.
The teriyaki source was served on the side so it's totally up to you if you want to add any extra taste to the salad. I didn't add much as the chicken was well seasoned and tasted really fulfilling already.
The side was ratatouille.
It was a pepper party. It tasted very southeast asian to me and it was amazingly sweet. Love it
Last thing is the coco cacao mousse (what a name!)
The texture was very light (kinda semi-liquid) with strong coco taste so basically lovers love and haters hate. Would say, it is definitely an alternative from chocolate pudding.
Their cold press juice was nice too. Mine was called green life (ginger, spinach, lemon, cucumber, green apple and celery). Especially love their refreshing ginger touch!
PS love their lunch box material. recycled paper box, simple and environmentally friendly!
