My husband booked this restaurant for celebrating our Valentines’ Day. The man (not sure if he is the owner of this restaurant or not) is very unpleasant. We brought our two sons to come with us as well. We tried Teppanyaki. The service was really and terribly unacceptable. The waitress put the hot tea pot on the table and expecting us to refill the the tea by ourselves. It don’t have any tissue, wet tissue or even the hot small towel to provide without asking. My husband booked this restaurant for celebrating our Valentines’ Day. The man (not sure if he is the owner of this restaurant or not) is very unpleasant. We brought our two sons to come with us as well. We tried Teppanyaki. The service was really and terribly unacceptable. The waitress put the hot tea pot on the table and expecting us to refill the the tea by ourselves. It don’t have any tissue, wet tissue or even the hot small towel to provide without asking. Food was not as good as the prices listed. Please note that the price of the set menu for Teppanyaki is over $1000 per head. Compared with the service they provided, I don’t recommend for anyone to come and even if you wanna want to try. There are many Teppanyaki restaurants are definitely awesome than this one in HK.
