從來無試過老撾菜,真係要見識一下。據了解老撾就晌越南、泰國隔離,所以菜式都近似呢兩個國家。咁「施心畢」又係乜東東呢?? 原來「施心畢」係老撾皇朝嘅姓氏,老闆都係老撾皇朝嘅後代。嘩…是拉差牛油雞翼非常、極之惹味。雖然無一般牛油雞翼咁脆口,但是拉差辣醬帶一點點微酸,味道極之平衡。惹味程度爆燈。雞翼做成單骨,食起嚟較方便老撾網狀蝦春卷油溫剛剛好,春卷完全無油膩感。效果金黃、酥脆。蘸上檸檬魚露一齊食,出色。老撾牛肉100%全米湯粉其實我唔清楚甚麼是100%全米湯粉。但相比起一般米粉,韌度的確強一點。口感有一點點像 Al Dente 意粉。牛骨湯無越南牛河嘅牛骨湯咁濃重,相反多咗少少香料味。生牛肉嫩滑得嚟有肉香。配料有大量銀芽、豆卜,份量夠多。整體價錢合理,食物有質素。
