This shop recently has a new promotion where you can enjoy unlimited items for 75 minutes (different packages include different meat)The meat itself was pretty good. I understand their concept where the steak is cooked till medium rare and the customer uses the hot stone to cook it till their desirable doneness. However, their pork and chicken is also served the same way despite it needs to be fully cooked. Cooking it thoroughly with the limited amount of time with such a thickness is quite diff
The meat itself was pretty good. I understand their concept where the steak is cooked till medium rare and the customer uses the hot stone to cook it till their desirable doneness.
However, their pork and chicken is also served the same way despite it needs to be fully cooked. Cooking it thoroughly with the limited amount of time with such a thickness is quite difficult and the most of the 75 minutes was used for cutting the pork/chicken to small pieces to ensure it was cooked. Moreover, in view of the thick slice, it took quite a lot of effort. Last of all, despite there was a fire underneath the stone, the fire was quite weak and almost gone by 60 minutes so the stone was not hot enough to cook the meat quick enough. They gave me another preheat stone in the end to cook the remaining meat.
The environment was also a bit greasy at some places. It was fun to try for this once but I unlikely will choose this unlimited package again(unless the chicken/pork is cooked thoroughly when served)
