Stopped by this cocktail lounge/restaurant Saturday night after the Sting concert.   Was blown away to walk into a late 1990s hip hop buffet.   Why       don't they play more old school hip hop in HK!   It was quite packed as the manager Joe(who was excellent!) informed us there were multiple birthday parties.    The drinks took about 10 minutes to get to us, but it was understandable given the traffic at the bar.   Started with a New York Sour.   I think they use pinot noir for this.   Great mo

Great mouthfeel and several layers to the cocktail.    My friend had the Gin & Tea Tonic.   I assumed it was pretty good as    it was gone in a flash!    Snoop's Gin & Juice was now playing in the background.   Memories!!!   We also had an order of Fish and Chips from their           new dinner menu.   The crunch was fantastic and aggressively seasoned with a hint of heat.    If I remember correctly, the fish was barramundi.    Flaky and not dry at all.    Moved on to a crazy drink called the Smokey Joe.   I can only see Snoop Dogg getting that smokey...  Twist on an old fashioned with strong notes of coffee and chocolate.    The drinks were not cheap(Smokey Joe was $170), but definitely worthwhile.   This could be my new place to    eat and drink while getting with the old school!
