To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 遊海洋公園前,先填飽肚子再出發。入園後,路過 Ginger Grill 爐炭燒,就決定試試這間吧。環境:是次安排了近窗邊位置,秋日陽光照入店內,感覺舒適。服務:中午時候,人比較多,侍應都比較忙,於枱與枱之間不停穿梭往來,要示意才前來,可以理解。衛生:椅子上有零星食物殘屑,換了另一張椅子坐。枱上有提供消毒濕紙巾。味道:點選了午時套餐前菜 - 青木瓜絲沙律主菜 - 三文魚塊扒主菜 - 肉眼扒甜品 - 椰汁糕抵食:人均$200 港幣。看似份量不多,其實本人覺得夠飽。味道亦比其他園內餐廳好吃。個人建議,盛載主菜的碟可換大一點,再擺一擺盤,食物會顯得高貴及吸引。
