To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港第二站：18grams 餐段：早餐餐食：全日早餐all day breakfast 68HKD           大牛角 croissant 佐飲：雙份義式濃縮double espresso 25HKD靠近文華酒店附近的一間all day breakfast,coffee tea room.因為住酒店但又想外出喝些許有質量的咖啡，經好友推薦，早起走到：隔壁景隆街15號海都大廈地下C舖. 習慣性要雙份儀式濃縮，咖啡油脂豐富，豆子不酸但是苦味十足，呷一口很香也夠醇厚.早餐要了全套早餐盤，因為不吃雞蛋所以炒蛋看起來嫩滑，香腸味道扎實，熟透飽汁，麵包夠鬆軟，沙拉就沒什麼好說了，但餐牌上有經典沙拉，下回再嚐.還點了大牛角，還不錯.早上新鮮出爐自然好味道.... 服務：算半自助式吧，天氣炎熱又大清早，很怕人都有起床氣，但好在咖啡師還挺熱情，餐位只有10個，所以很小..
