I've been here a few times and the food and service are good.Today I got the first item on the menu (fried banana breakfast?) and it was delicious, especially the two donut things it comes with. The coffee is good too - the beans aren't burnt so it has a smooth taste. (As an aside, why do so many cafes in Hong Kong burn their coffee beans?! The food options in Maritime Square aren't great, so it's worth keeping this place in mind if you're in the area.
