To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

the restaurant doesnt look very clean and the environment is no way like some restaurants in the mall. but the food does taste good.i like the oyster cake so much!! the outside is crispy, inside was fluffy with the batter just cooked through. the oysters were not fishy but fresh, slightly seasoned with salt. it tasted like the ocean~  if you eat it with some vinegar, the sourness will give you another level of enjoyment.the steam fish here on the other hand wasnt that special, just ordinary stuf

the steam fish here on the other hand wasnt that special, just ordinary stuff you can find everywhere. And its rather oily.

the service is pretty nice, the staff are a bit rough, they swear but they give you tea once you sit down and take your order right away. If you cant decide what to order, just ask them to suggest you some, they will be happy to introduce you many local food.
