週一,一完成手上工作就飛奔到大坑的達磨拉麫.一進去可以入座,so good good good.期待以久的豚角煮豚骨拉麵,湯底帶黃而非一般的奶白,我相信是用上實在太多豬骨的關係,湯面已結了一層薄薄的膠質狀膜,可見其真材實料的程度! 另外,豚角煮,肥瘦相間的,是靚五化腩的先決條件.食落去先有即溶於口的肥肉的甜和肉汁本身的咸香,兩者平衡有未又有想像般膩,真不錯.達磨的麵很滑,有麵粉香.The feeling same of ar so "so good".
