My friend and I ordered a steak item each. My mixed grill was a pleasant surprise, with six different types of meat. The beef was amazing; the bacon, luncheon meat and chicken wing were fine; sadly, the pork chop was too tough to enjoy so was abandoned half way through. However, a nice surprise was the greens hiding beneath all the meat - didn't expect more than a token piece of vegetables.Service, however, was lacking. The beef was amazing; the bacon, luncheon meat and chicken wing were fine; sadly, the pork chop was too tough to enjoy so was abandoned half way through. However, a nice surprise was the greens hiding beneath all the meat - didn't expect more than a token piece of vegetables.
Service, however, was lacking. Placing the order was easy enough, but trying to attract a single waiter's attention to get the bill was very trying, made worse by the fact that the place was less than half full. The WORST part, however, was listening to a waiter engage in casual conversation with his colleague WHILE USING FOUL LANGUAGE! very unprofessional.
Nevertheless, in terms of value for money, this place is a nice, quiet retreat for steak lovers.
