To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The environment and ambience was dim and private - not a bad thing for patrons to enjoy in the overall dining experience. We ordered a few different things to try: (don’t remember the names of them but here’s a semi-description lol 😂)
~ A tuna belly, sea urchin and salmon roe rice bowl
~ 300ml of house sake ( i think they were doing a special on this)
~ Snow crab & sea urchin hand rolls
~ Soft shell crab roll
~ Seared salmon roll with salmon roe
~ Deep fried tofu with mentaiko

We were pretty full after all this and found the dishes to be very fresh. The seafood were all super fresh tasting and the sea urchin was subtly sweet tasting - definitely recommend 👌🏻

I love the sake - really can remember its descriptors but it was crisp, served iced and had a refreshingly clean taste to it 🤤
