On Christmas Day, on the way to Central, me and my boyfriend stopped over at Kowloon Tong for some lunch. Normally there's a long queue outside EXP but today, we arrived just before noon so the line wasn't that long. To be honest, the venue is pretty big and lots of empty seats, I guess they don't have enough staff to support that many people so they don't let people in. My boyfriend loves the buffalo wings, the wings were crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The sauce was just fantastic!😍 It was sweet and sour.

The gourmet Parma ham pineapple pizza was phenomenal. The dough was so soft and the crust was crispy and cheesy. They used fresh pineapple 🍍and tomato🍅. I love the amount of cheese that they put into this pizza!

The soft shell crab salad came last because it normally takes 20 minutes to prepare. It was worth waiting for.😋 the salad was so fresh and crispy. The crabs were hidden between the salad. They were very crispy and flavourful. The salad dressing was delicious, it tasted like a Thai dish. The dressing was pretty spicy but I just can't stop eating it. I like the strong taste of lemon grass and the crispy fried garlic.
