Decided to try this new place anyway.
Started with the mocktail Cuddles on the beach which was a mix of cranberry, peach, grapefruit and ginger ale.
It was quite nice but the ginger ale was a bit strong and over powered the rest. Started with burrata caprese which was creamy.
The tomatoes were amazing because they have been peeled. Next was the oyster vichyssoise, a smooth oyster soup with a sweet taste because of the leeks. The creamy mussels are a must order because they serve imported chilled mussels which are top notch. I don't normally order Carbonara but it looked delicious from the photos.
The sauce isn't too creamy as they use Italian egg yolks and their home cured pancetta gives it a nice salty flavour. I was quite full for dessert so tried a little bit of the apple crumble and the Tiramisu.
The Baileys icecream that comes with the apple crumble is divine.
