@overlapcoffee is a small cozy cafe in Yuen Long, where you can soak in the slow life by people/puppy watching along the roadside. The grey minimalist interior is thoughtfully designed with a coffee-to-go stand and a cool retro music/merch corner, perfect #forthegram. Tip: swing by earlier if you want to try their desserts! One of the most unique all day breakfasts I’ve had lately with a special twist to the classic items. I particularly enjoyed the caramelized bananas, pork sausages with apple jam and super crispy croffle. I'm not usually big on passionfruit, but it paired so well with the mini mixed cereal and berries yogurt bowl we added on for $28.

The yogurt had a tangy kick to it, but the guacamole and tomato confit balanced it out nicely. The star of the show though was the sweet yuzu sauce, which added a delightful burst of flavor to the entire dish.

This was a dreamy blend of Meiji milk and rich melted chocolate. After a good stir, it was everything I could ask for – wonderfully sweet and oh-so-creamy.
