To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I've been there two times and promised myself not to make the same mistake thrice.
The first time, I went there on a Friday evening and ordered a Tundra Burger combo with add-on seasonal greens. The pumpkin and grain patty had a dry and chewy texture as if it's been pre-frozen for a long time. The fries were okay. What I found the most disappointing was the box of over-priced steamed mixed greens, which wasn't appetising at all - I was charged $50 for it.

A month later a friend of mine was really interested in trying out their food so I thought maybe I should give it a second chance - and it's the worst experience ever. I ordered a Forest burger for takeaway and found a long piece of hair tucked into the burger while I was finishing it up. I have no words.
