To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去Yoho mall食飯,心思思好想食片皮鴨!7.30pm 去到等13 張枱,好好彩10分鐘入得,限聚令最多四人枱,今次唯有手抱BB坐!因為冇東亞信用卡,所以冇考慮信用卡優惠套餐,4 個人叫咗個四人套餐。頭盤兩個小食,雞絲粉皮份量都唔細,燻魚冇乜骨,但係好似唔夠汁,比較乾同唔夠味。炒蝦球帶子,蝦球新鮮大隻,加埋翠玉瓜同黃紅椒,炒得非常香口,翠玉瓜又夠淋。雲南火腿雲吞雞,侍應幫我哋分咗5大碗,金華火腿夠入味,雞都算滑,雲吞入面夠多肉,個湯濃濃火腿味,我哋一家讚不絕口!到主角片皮鴨,最鍾意片皮鴨皮同肉分開,鍾意邊件夾邊件,如果多啲青瓜同䓤就好,當然唔少得配角係個醬,我一個人食咗三件今次驚喜係松子菊花魚,魚炸得一啲都唔油,底下面塊米通香脆,加埋甜酸醬不得了!食咗咁多熱氣野,想食啲菜,最後上碟係茶樹菇小豆苗,非常失望,豆苗超級老,好un...好似吞唔到咁,一啲都唔好食,同埋好淡。埋單仲有四件椰汁糕,味道中規中矩。整體套餐都好抵食,侍應服務態度正常,食飯中途佢又問我哋係咪yuu會員,可以拍佢部卡機儲分。
