今日放工想happy hour同埋食少少tapas朋友介紹銅鑼灣的culin art1862最近開始做happy hour menu就決定去試下🍸餐廳分左酒吧區同埋晚餐區酒吧區會有dj現場播放音樂 都幾好feel㗎🎵今晚的cocktail我揀左Lillet Spritzcocktail的樣非常精緻 好適合打卡味道方面 佢係mojito的改版有basil的青草香氣 帶有微酸 非常開胃🌿另外 我發現餐廳提供環保啤酒original BOB係一款用過剩的麵包釀製的啤酒🍞味道甘苦 帶有香氣 都幾特別㗎今晚我地叫左4款tapasManchego, chorizo, Iberico ham 係必食推介芝士奶味濃郁 內裏有長期發酵產生的結晶品質好好🧀chorizo同埋Iberico ham的鹹香豐富 油脂分布平均 係唔錯的送酒小食🐷海鮮方面 我地揀左mussels同埋baby squid兩款海鮮都係用醃漬方法製作 帶有少少酸味好適合配搭pan con tomate食用🍅最後想食少少蔬菜 就揀左fried eggplant with honey🍆茄子烤得軟淋 蜜糖唔會太多 就算唔嗜甜的我都幾鍾意❤️
