To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Kale proved me wrong, healthy food can be delicious too! Kale is a small premise, with less than 5 tables, but it’s spacious enough to walk around and distancing.Tuna madness wrap— I have never seen such a big wrap in my life! It’s sliced into two halves, and each was stuffed with lots of greens and tuna! For small eaters, I guess you can have the other half for tea time! The tuna went well with the mayo and the green! Cajun chicken with kale salad— the portion of the boiled chicken was insanely

Kale is a small premise, with less than 5 tables, but it’s spacious enough to walk around and distancing.
Tuna madness wrap— I have never seen such a big wrap in my life! It’s sliced into two halves, and each was stuffed with lots of greens and tuna! For small eaters, I guess you can have the other half for tea time! The tuna went well with the mayo and the green!
Cajun chicken with kale salad— the portion of the boiled chicken was insanely big! I love the Cajun seasoning as it’s flavourful with so many different spices eg garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper etc. The chicken was tender and still juicy!
Seared tuna with mixed salad— the lady told me I could go for the mixed salad, which was bit of everything! There were generous portion quinoas, beetroots, eggplant, kale and pomegranates. The seared tuna was fresh and meaty.
