Order was placed through QR code scan, very efficient!📱 The classic beef chuck flap set came with miso soup and rice. It was also served with some thinnly sliced cabbage, pickles and different kinds of dipping sauces.
Gyukatsu was perfectly cooked, cripsy on the outside and meat inside still appeared pink. Juicy, tender and flavourful👍🏻 They also prepared a guide on the sequence of dipping various sauces. Out of all (wasabi soy, pepper salt, worcester and curry), I would rank pepper salt the no.1🥇 Not tasting heavy and added extra savoriness without overpowering the beefy taste👏🏻
