Curious, I decided to see what this was about. It's a small take away only shop and is actually a kiosk in the stair case area of the building.

The menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. What they serve is various types of fish balls.

I ordered the fried fish balls ($20). Thousand Island Sauce was added and they had a house chili sauce as well that was spicy but not too overpowering. The fish balls were pretty hot as they were fried to order. The balls were al dente. The skin just crisp. Pretty delicious!

Service is fast. It only takes less than 5 minutes to fry. A pretty good snack on my way to Tsim Sha Tsui.
