Dinner for date night at this restaurant tucked in the back street of wanchaiThe steaks were deliciously done at 30%. Paired with a raw smashed garlic for a pungent punch and a serving of creamed potato mash. Served with cream of carrot, and Cesar salad, all went along well with the chef designed amuse bouche which were a trifector of beef in rare, sous vide and meatball form.We shared also a tuna tartare and tiramisu and a glass of Shiraz on top of the Sauvignon Blanc that came with the meal. The food was great as was the service. The price is astoundingly cheap for the quality of food provided.
(What I would have wished for would be managing the noise a bit through use of decor. )
