完成大project係時候要慶祝下,遇上今日有人生日,食餐好嘅。前菜-胡麻沙律~新鮮沙律菜,開開個胃。茶碗蒸(燉蛋)~蒸得香滑,入口滑捋捋,當中材料包括雞肉,特別有銀杏。牡蠣~季節性,今期採用岩手縣山田真蠔,配柚子啫哩,蠔入口勁鮮甜。季節刺身(二品)1. 間八刺身~配黑松露酸汁,唔係週圍食到間八,今次用酸酸地黑松露配搭,感覺好清新。2. 慢煮鮟康魚肝~入口即溶,脂肪味濃,又香又滑,食過返尋味。 熱食-香煎油甘魚~配黃椒汁,仲有日本小辣椒(微辣)。手握壽司A. 春子鯛昆布漬~呢款鯛魚,入口口感較實淨。B. 新鮮帶子~配青檸汁,清新感覺。C. 秋刀魚壽司~好少食生嘅秋刀,配合食用花幾特別。D. 清酒蒸鮑魚~特別喜歡鮑魚嘅味道。E. 銀雪魚壽司~入口味道感覺魚脂含量高,正!再配合三星漬(麵豉醬),可以提升味覺享受。F. 炙燒左口魚邊~輕輕炙燒迫出魚油,又香又滑,油脂豐富,感覺有點邪惡。G. 大拖羅壽司~吞拿魚腩,介乎大拖羅同超拖羅之間,上面加咗少少芥末籽,咬落去魚油慢慢滲入牙縫,冇其他刺身可以代替。H. 雲丹(北海道馬糞海膽卷)~入口甘香,海膽好新鮮。馬糞海膽炙燒和牛手卷~配合炙燒和牛,味覺
