To celebrate the end of 2014, our group of (past and current) classmates had dinner at Rice Paper. There was quite a line-up for a weekday, but I guess people are more eager to go out during the holidays. Festivity was also the reason we chose Rice Paper. All other restaurants in Festival Walk only offered holiday specials in lieu of regular menus. We ordered plenty of food - more than we could finish actually. Ok, let's get down to business: food — which by the way I don't remember the names. Anyway, we had deep-fried shrimp cakes which were hot on the inside and crispy golden on the outside. This dish was a perfect match with the sweet and sour sauce. The satay skewers (three kinds of meat), I found a little overcooked and dry. Rice paper rolls were a good cooling snack. Yet another wonder combo with the sweet and sour sauce.
