It was my second visit to this little restaurant hidden in the village. Last time, my friend and I ordered the set lunches, BBQ pork and egg, and pork ribs with soy bean sauce, and both were good. As we were in Sai Kong, we remembered the villager who shared the table with us last time said the pork hock with fermented red bean curd and the stir-fried shrimps with eggs were good too, so we came here again. The pork hoock was well marinated and the skin was still a little bouncy. However, there was not much meat. The stir-fried shrimps with eggs was great. The restaurant used the fresh shrimp instead of the frozen one, so you could taste the freshness. The stir-fried egg was not too oily nor overcook.
