Quantity over quality, the cuts aren’t that good and the way they cut the meat gives you almost rare cuts, need to improve the cutting. Saw a lot of people leaving half if what they were served due to extremely raw meat, and I like medium and medium rare. Not quite the churrascaría experience we’ve had before.
