While the wait times can be substantial during the peak lunch rush, the experience is well worth it. As you're seated, the familiar sight of servers deftly maneuvering the dim sum trolleys through the tables instantly transports you to a bygone era, where the art of carefully selecting each delicacy was an integral part of the dining ritual.

And the dim sum itself? Absolutely delectable. From the delicate bites of barbecue pork buns to the delightfully juicy shrimp dumplings, every morsel that graces the trolley is a testament to the culinary expertise honed over generations. The traditional flavors shine through, with each item prepared to perfection and bursting with authentic Cantonese flair.

What I love most about this place, however, is the sense of tradition and community that permeates the entire experience. There's a palpable energy in the air as diners engage in the time-honored practice of hand-selecting their dim sum straight from the trolley, a ritual that has been passed down through the ages.

In a city that is constantly evolving, it's truly heartwarming to see establishments like this one preserving the essence of Hong Kong's rich culinary heritage. So if you're in the mood for a taste of dim sum history, coupled with consistently delicious bites, this iconic restaurant is an absolute must-visit.
